Orders & Shipping Information
Orders are packed and shipped on the working days Monday to Friday only. Most orders except for rural deliveries are dispatched within 24 hours from the order date and are expected to deliver within 3-5 working days. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed.
Free shipping for orders over $50.00 NZD.
-$5.00 for Tracking- Non-signature required
-$7.50 for Tracking- Signature required.
-$8.00 for Rural delivery.
After your order has been placed, picked and packed, you will receive an email notification advising you that your order has been shipped. This email will contain your tracking information.
Once your order is placed, we cannot make any item or detail changes, so please ensure your details are correct upon checkout. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us so we can assist you further.
Please note, we do not offer international shipping and we currently only deliver to New Zealand. We do no deliver to PO boxes, counter deliveries, private mail bags (PMBs) or locked bags.
We do not offer the service to ship to multiple addresses at once.
RETURN and REFUND POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Items may be cancelled and refunded if:
- We could not secure stock to fulfill your order
- Your item was broken or damaged in transit and you can provide photos of the damage to your products right after you received the parcel.
- Your package was not delivered successfully and the address information provided was correct
- If you qualify for a delivery fee refund you will receive an email from us advising of your refund, usually within 3-5 business days of placing your order.
- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
